Ben and wife Jemma were inspired to set up a quirky offering after living in Stockbridge and seeing business potential in Inverleith Park and opened up 'Out of the Box Edinburgh', in June 2016. The park's first ever cafe serves grilled sandwiches, cakes and artisan coffee, is open daily 9am-5pm and operated out of a converted horse box. They even have a hot chocolate named after the vintage box’s former occupant – a racehorse called Enzo. It is fully portable and can also be hired for weddings and other events.
