Stéphane specializes in Reflexology and Reiki. The Ayurvedic Foot Massage (or Ayurvedic Reflexology) protocol first starts with a massage from the knees to the toes, using warm oil, allowing the client to deeply relax. The treatment lasts for one and a quarter hour. As with Reflexology, Reiki is a non-invasive treatment, with only the shoes being removed. The client lies on a massage couch, first supine then prone. Stéphane lays her hands on the client from head to feet, both front and back, in a sequence of positions held for several minutes.
