Taisteal is the latest venture by Chef Gordon Craig who presents dishes using the best local Scottish produce combined with elements from around the world.  He trained in some of the UK’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants and brings his extensive knowledge and skill to the Edinburgh restaurant scene. Inspired by travels abroad and recipes from around the world, Gordon hopes to bring some of these flavours and techniques to Stockbridge. Taisteal takes elements of fine dining and presents them in a more relaxed environment. The menu is complimented by an extensive wine list and a selection of classic and contemporary cocktails.
